Our answer was ‘Mr & Mrs Smith’. A travel and lifestyle brand that goes far beyond the standard listing format travel guidebook. Tapping into both consumer insights and their wallets, everything about the brand spoke to the decadent experiences this audience craved, from the name, to lived-in room photography, to the priceless personal touches and recommendations. The brand was brought to life through the creation of bespoke travel books and other lifestyle accouterments from curated music lists to luxurious bed linen.
Mr and Mrs Smith now has a million members whose bookings total tops £50m each year.
