Newly established maritime shipping investment fund, Ascension, needed an identity. With a group of industry leaders at the helm, united by an ambition to be an innovative solution for ship owners requiring mid-level finance, the identity must unite the traditional and the progressive.


We created an identity that boldly asserted Ascension’s presence, whilst referencing shipping in a simple execution.

We based the identity on stacked shipping containers combining strong and confident typography with a bold colour palette and clean, contemporary design. The perfect balance for an agile business, with a wealth of experience behind it.
